-Find Your 1RM Power Snatch
*Take your time and build gradually, dont move on from a weight if you hit the last rep sloppy.
-30 Snatches for time (135/95)
*Use your 1Rm as a tool:
-Males if you snatched at least 175 you should be doing the RX weight 135
-Females if you snatched at least 125 you should be doing RX weight 95
-If you did not hit above those minimum weights then take 75% of your 1RM from TODAY and use that on the WOD
